Sid Savara and Shawn Drost are putting out the call to web developers, programmers, designers, and entrepreneurs to imagine, plan, build, and launch an internet startup in one weekend.  Participants will come together on Friday, Sept. 19, and by sundown on Sunday will have something special and functional online. The venue is Sid’s apartment at 1296 Kapiolani Blvd. The local event is inspired by, but emphatically not affiliated with, Andrew Hyde’s “Startup Weekend” series.
