Manoa Geeks for July 2008
Manoa Geeks was hosted by HMSA for its July 2008 meetup. Special thanks to Fred Fortin, Tiffany Coke, and Burt Lum for providing the largest meeting space yet for the largest turnout yet! (So large, we ran out of pizza… apologies to any geeks left hungry.) Among the presenters and announcements were:
- Ken Berkun with Labels That Talk
- Shawn Drost with New View Hawaii
- Seth Ladd with Errorlytics
- Roxanne Darling with Podcamp Hawaii
- Eric Nakagawa with I Can Has Cheezburger: The Book
- Burt Lum with Bytemarks Cafe on Hawaii Public Radio

Thanks to all for another fantastic, frankly epic, Manoa Geeks! Stay tuned for news of our next gathering, hopefully in early September. If you represent or know of a local company with a strong interest in technology (and with a big office!) that might want to host Manoa Geeks, please get in touch!

Mahalo for linking to Podcamp Hawaii Ryan. I hope you will schedule the October Manoa Geeks right within Podcamp. Please LMK how we can arrange this together. We will have the beautiful space at the Hawaii Convention Center!
